Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate Landscape Maintenance Account Manager who can combine a love for landscaping with strong sales skills. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, engaging with potential clients and showcasing the value of our landscape maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to assess clients’ landscape maintenance needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and design teams to create detailed proposals and estimates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Diagnose and recommend treatments for lawn, tree, and shrub diseases, and pest issues.
• Utilize relevant industry technologies and tools effectively.
• Proactively learn industry-specific software and expand technical proficiency.
• Review sales and financial reports to make informed business decisions.
• Optimize daily schedules for in-office tasks, client responsiveness, and coordination with production and support teams.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in landscaping or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to clearly articulate ideas and build relationships.
• A passion for landscaping and an eye for design aesthetics.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to diagnose and recommend treatments for lawn, tree, and shrub issues.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, estimating tools, or design programs is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a bonus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

Experience:

• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• 1 year of landscaping experience (required)

Location:

• Long Grove, IL (required to relocate before starting work)
